Summary Statement

The government of Singapore developed a Guidebook on Prevention of Mosquito Breeding in response to an outbreak of Dengue, which is carried by the same mosquito that can cause Zika. The chapter on construction sites provides a reference of common places where mosquitoes may breed and recommends measures to prevent mosquito breeding. A checklist is also provided.
