Bad Practice

Description:
Worker should be provided with proper fall protection. Workers must be provided with fall protection either by eliminating the hazard, a passive fall protection system(guard rails),fall restraint or a fall arrest system. Ladder should extend at least 36 inches above roof line. Poor housekeeping around work zone.
