Bad Practice

Description:
Multiple unsafe work practices, including improper scaffolding, ladder use, bad lifting practice, no PPE and poor housekeeping. Workers must be provided with fall protection, either by eliminating the hazard, a passive fall protection system (guard rails),fall restraint or a fall arrest system.
