Bad Practice

Description:
Torch cutting using gloves and eye protection, individual is not using a face shield to protect from blow back, sparks. A fire extinguisher should be readily available. Positive means should be made to confine sparks and slag. A worker should be assigned as a fire watch during and for a sufficient time afterwards to ensure that there is no possibility of fire.
