Bad Practice

Description:
Worker is using a positioning belt to work on concrete form, she does not appear to have a back up fall protection system to use when she needs to repositions herself. OSHA 1926.502(e)(1) Positioning devices shall be rigged such that an employee cannot free fall more than 2 feet. Workers in background should be protected from falls. Plank leaning on piling is not an adequate walkway.
