Bad Practice
This image shows an example of an unsafe work practice.
Description:
Pouring concrete, guard rails incomplete, no midrails or toe boards. At least one worker on bridge pier has no shirt on. Concrete hopper may be directly over workers on pier and those working at street level. Workers on roadway not using safety vests. No fall protection for worker on opposite bridge pier.
