Occupational Fatalities of Hispanic Construction Workers From 1992 to 2000

A CPWR analysis of data from the BLS Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries and Current Population Survey shows that Hispanic construction workers - particularly helpers and laborers - have a higher risk of death for every year 1992-2000, compared with non-Hispanic construction workers.
