The OSHA Office of Training and Education produced a self-inspection checklist, which may not be complete but offers guidelines in these areas: safety and health program, personal protective equipment (PPE), flammable and combustible materials, hand and portable, powered tools, lockout/tagout procedures, confined spaces, electrical, walking/working surfaces, and hazard communication. http://www.osha.gov/Publications/smallbusiness/small-business.html
