Reading Devices (DRDs) are used mainly to check the air for toxins,
which can be in gases, vapors, aerosols, or fumes. The British Occupational
Health Society has produced a guide to selecting and using spectrometry,
ionization, chromatography, and other instruments. This information
should help safety directors and industrial hygienists.
